Micah is the latest addition to the Redwood team and provides invaluable support and seamless coordination for a diverse range of climate tech and sustainability clients.
Before Redwood, Micah worked as a Language Strategist at maslansky + partners, where she conducted both qualitative and quantitative research across industries, including healthcare and education. Micah was also a Fulbright scholar in Mérida, Mexico, where she worked as an English teaching assistant at a polytechnical university. Outside of work, you can find her exploring Brooklyn with her roommates, checking out books from the library, and attending climate protests.
She graduated from Occidental College with a degree in Diplomacy and World Affairs and Spanish. She is also the recipient of the Terra.do Learning for Action Fellowship in Climate Change.
Climate interest and expertise: Micah is particularly fascinated by the psychology and behavioral science aspect of climate change and climate communication. She’s also passionate about climate policy, especially regarding loss and damage funds and debt for nature swaps.
Favorite outdoor place of tranquility: Micah grew up on an island in Puget Sound, and she will always have a soft spot for the mountains and trees of the Pacific Northwest.
